Built over the ancient Maya and Aztec civilizations, and fusing Spanish, Caribbean and the locals’ cultures, Mexico, the world’s third largest city shot into prominence some twenty years ago thanks to its innovative telenovelas, soap opera TV series, sombrero hats and tequila liquor. Its natural sceneries and landscape containing mountains, forests, underwater caves, grasslands, Yucatan peninsula and volcanoes make this city a must-visit place.
